Acceptance of these terms

By using convertforever.com and its tools, you agree to these terms. ConvertForever is operated by Bohzo Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. The tools are offered free of charge for personal and professional use within these terms.

The service, provided as-is

ConvertForever's tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that any conversion, calculation, or output will be error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

In particular, file conversions involve genuine technical trade-offs, which we disclose on each tool's page. You are responsible for reviewing any converted or generated output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, or academic use.

Your files and your responsibility

Our file tools process everything locally in your browser; your files are never transmitted to us. That also means you remain solely in control of, and solely responsible for, the content you process. You confirm that you have the right to use any files you work with and that your use does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use ConvertForever to process, create, or distribute content that is illegal, or to further any unlawful activity, including infringing copyright, forging documents, or violating others' privacy. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misuse the advertising displayed on it.

Limitation of liability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it. Because the tools are free and your files never reach our servers, our total liability in any event is limited to the amount you paid to use the service: nothing.
